1. Promoter

   1.2 For the avoidance of doubt, Walkers Snacks Limited, its subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, representatives, and employees shall have no liability or responsibility for any claims arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or any prize awarded, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. By entering this prize draw, you acknowledge and accept that gemsatwork Ltd is the sole promoter in relation to this promotion.
2. Eligibility
   2.1 This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.
   2.2 No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
   2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
   2.4 The competition is void where prohibited by law.
3. Competition Period
   3.1 The competition will open at 9:00 AM GMT on 9th September 2024 and will close at 11:59 PM GMT on 26th September 2024 (the “Competition Period”).
   3.2 Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
   4.1 To enter the competition, participants must complete the feedback form on Quaker Protein Porridge Pots, provide their email address, and accept both the Promoter’s privacy policy and these terms and conditions.
   4.2 No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
   4.3 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind, including but not limited to, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure.
5. Prize
   5.1 The prize is one FITBIT Versa 4 (the “Prize”).
   5.2 There will be 1 winner(s) in total.
   5.3 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and there is no cash alternative available.
   5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner(s) will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator or a computer process that produces verifiably random results from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2 The winner(s) will be notified by email within 14 days of the competition closing date. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process

described above.
6.3 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

7. Prize Delivery
   7.1 The Prize will be sent to the winner(s) by post within 28 days of being notified of their win.
   7.2 The Promoter will not be responsible for any delays in delivery caused by postal or courier services, or for any damage to the Prize that occurs during delivery.

   9.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
   9.2 The Promoter does not guarantee that the competition or the Prize will be free from errors or omissions.
10. General
    10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in any form of fraud or dishonesty.
    10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions where necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
    10.3 These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
