How do you prepare for the samples?
To ensure a smooth process for sample arrivals, Serb coordinates with security for hassle-free delivery to the loading bay, then brings them up to the reception area. Serb states, “With the help of security we arrange for a hassle free delivery in our loading bay before bringing it up to our reception area.” Her organized approach ensures that everything is ready for the sampling occasion.
How do you get colleagues to engage with the survey?
Serb uses a combined effort to promote the survey to boost participation. “I promote the offer by creating a QR code poster, which is displayed on our digital frames, and also placed in our lifts. My colleague advertises this on our building Smart space app which is available to the occupiers. Finally, word of mouth from our team.”
What type of feedback do you typically receive from your colleagues?
The feedback from Serb’s colleagues is overwhelmingly positive. They love the variety of samples and look forward to discovering new products. “The feedback we receive is always positive, as most love to see what freebie we have next.” Comments like, “These are my favourite! I always buy this brand but didn’t know this flavour was available,” highlight the enthusiasm and appreciation for the samples.
